Vayra is part of the Connvisor Digital Group, built on years of experience delivering complex digital products, technology platforms, integrations, and business-critical systems.

The company was established after working on significant projects where technology was never the only challenge. Successful systems also need to fit the business model, users, operations, data, and growth goals of the organisation behind them.

That experience shapes how we approach AI today. We do not start with a model or a trend. We start with the work that needs to improve, and build the right solution around it.

Yaniv Ozana

Yaniv Ozana

Co-Founder, CEO & Head of Development and Technology

Yaniv is a senior technology and business leader with more than 20 years of experience across local and international high-tech companies.

Throughout his career, he has founded, managed, and sold international businesses, and has supported early-stage technology companies as a seed and pre-seed investor. He is also a co-founder of Ticket2Final, now Mytigo, a company established in 2007 that has grown into a leading platform in its field.

Yaniv brings a rare combination of strategic analysis, risk management, technology architecture, market understanding, and hands-on product thinking. His role at Vayra is to turn ambitious business requirements into systems that are practical, scalable, and built to perform.

Beyond his business work, Yaniv is active as a mentor and lecturer in innovation and entrepreneurship at Israeli innovation centres. He is also a high-level competitive chess player, a discipline that sharpened his habit of thinking several moves ahead, weighing risk calmly, and building a strong position before making a move.

Oren Tal

Oren Tal

Co-Founder, Marketing & Business Development

Oren brings extensive international experience in marketing, sales, and business development across Europe and the United States. Over more than 15 years in high-tech and technology businesses, he has led marketing and growth functions for companies including Amdocs, FTS, and Ticket2Final, as well as startup ventures.

His work combines strategic marketing, commercial positioning, sales development, partnerships, and executive-level collaboration with global clients. Oren helps ensure that Vayra’s solutions are not only technically strong, but also connected to the commercial reality, customer journey, and growth ambitions of every client.

He holds an MBA in Business Administration with a specialisation in International Marketing, with Presidential Honours, as well as a BA in Computer Science and Software Systems.

Oren is also active as a mentor and lecturer in entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, and business development at Israeli innovation programmes, including the Tel Aviv University Entrepreneurship Center, Startup Bootcamp Israel, The Hive, and the Achievement Fund.
